Joe Pass - Cherokee - TAB score part-1

Hey, what's up Guys? 　　　　　 It's Mikey.

Today, we are gonna learn how to play " Cherokee" which performed by
Joe Pass by using the tab score that I transcripted.

Cherokee is in the album "Virtuoso #1 ".

This song is pretty fast and some chord tones requires to make difficult
finger shapes.


So, let's get started.

Fast licks wake you up in the beginning(lol)
Typical Joe's licks.

In the 6th section, you use only your index finger and your third finger.
And you use combination of picking, hammer-ons, slides...Practice!!!!

The 2nd and the 3rd section.  This line is used repeatedly in this song.
And it also used in Joe's other songs.
So, to memorize this line is definitelt helpful to make it easier to play
Joe's songs. It's a typical line commonly used in Joe's songs.

Some chord tones require you to make difficult finger shapes.Day to day, you'll get used to those finger shapes.
